Marcia Teusink

Marcia Teusink is a London-based visual artist and art educator. Marcia’s studio practice investigates collapse and reconfiguration on a variety of levels, and it encompasses a variety of media including painting, sculpture, found objects, printmaking and installation. She has shown her work in galleries in Europe and the USA, and she has taught in schools, museums and retreats in California, New York, Switzerland, and Italy. She holds an MFA in Visual Art from the City University of New York, Queens College, and an MA in Museum & Gallery Education at the Institute of Education, London. Marcia also runs Draw London Art Workshops, which offers studio classes and workshops in a variety of unusual locations. She was a part of DAD’s ambitious WWI ‘Joined up’ Museums project (DMAG) and CHALKUP21, for both of which she led a series of hands-on drawing workshops heritage sites around Eastern Kent.
