Nicole Mollett is a multi-disciplinary socially engaged artist. Nicole’s practise includes drawing, sculpture and performance using Magic Lanterns. Nicole is interested in public art and the role culture plays in communities. Investigating what happens when art is realised outside of the gallery context, she actively promotes a more democratic approach to commissioning and creating art. She has collaborated with many other writers, performers and musicians, to make multi-perspective site specific responses to people and places across the UK.
