Richard Bundy’s  film of the ritual group assembly of Harvest Moon on July 24th  2026 at the Dover Creative Network (DCN) monthly meeting in the Dover Urban Room.

A big thank you to Cat Rossi & Charles Holland for bringing HARVEST MOON to the Urban Room. The assembling culminated in Paul Cheneour playing the Harvest Moon song that had been composed especially by Anna Braithwaite.

HARVEST MOON is built from chalk, gypsum, lime, split-chestnut palings, grubbed up apple tree branches, bailing twine and pallet straps, gleaned from local rural businesses. It is intended to be at the centre of curated events, gathering people and ideas together.

HARVEST MOON was funded by an internal research grant from UCA (University for the Creative Arts) and designed and built by Local Works Studio, Charles Holland and Cat Rossi, both Professors of Architecture at UCA Canterbury School of Art, Architecture and Design.

Harvest Moon is at home in the Urban Room for the whole of August acting as the focus for various Dover Residency events as well as DAD and DCN meetings.
