Born 1964 in Munich, married, two children, lives in Berlin

Martin Rosefeldt has a master’s degree in literature and political sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and from the Institut de Sciences Politiques in Paris before joining the International Film school in Cologne to study screenplay writing.

He is working as a writer, screen writer, journalist, filmmaker and teacher in Berlin.
