What Next?

At the start of lockdown I sent out a call on social media asking people to send me a pic of themselves during lockdown isolation, with the idea that I would stitch them. I planned to stitch each one in a square 20cms in size which I would then stitch together in one large panel. People sent me photographs of themselves doing all sorts of things, lazing around on the sofa, gardening, playing with the kids, baking, playing musical instruments, reading, jumping on the furniture, wearing animal heads, posing naked, having birthdays, getting married and more! Some were NHS keyworkers in PPE.

As we all started communicating on Zoom I realised that this large panel was looking like one large textile Zoom session, so I put myself in the middle surrounded by a green edge, as if I was the one doing the talking.
