More colourful pom poms for the Olympic Archway

Schools and arts award

Two recent workshops, the first on Saturday 19 May in Dover Discovery Centre for the general public and the second on 21 May for pupils of Whitfield and Aspen school, held as part of Dover District’s 100 days to go to the Paralympics celebrations around Dover’s Live Site, have resulted in many more colourful pom poms for the Olympic Archway commissioned by The World Famous.

The workshops were led by Dover-based artist Katherine Moloney  with help from Dover resident Caroline Gillings.

If you would like to support the project you can donate wool or make some pom poms at home.
