Alma Tischlerwood’s sculpture ALICE, a new social and sensory place in Kearsney Abbey, is one of the legacies of the Art in the Park:Kearsney interpreted project. Art in the Park : Kearsney Interpreted was curated by DAD and co-delivered with Dover District Council. An ambitious Arts Council England funded project, in Kearsney Abbey and Russell Gardens, comprised of 10 artist residencies & the ‘Park Bench’ project bringing together 58 visual artists, poets and musicians living in Dover and the surrounding area.
