Dover based artist Simon Bill has transformed the outdoor theatre/cinema at St Radigund’s Community Centre with a dazzling Op Art mural.

The Mural was made possible with funding from Kent County Council’s Arts investment Fund.

Sue Jones, the Community Centre’s manager says: ‘The Blue Screen, as it’s known locally, has been a landmark in the area for over a decade. Set prominently in a space formerly used as a community garden, for some years it has sat derelict amongst the brambles, gathering graffiti.
